bullet2 Quick Lists Window

Quick Lists window displays existing Clients, Employees and Attributes. Each of those lists, can be opened by clicking on one of three tabs  located along the bottom edge of the window.

It allows a quick access to detailed record information for the selected Client, Employee or Attribute. To move the window left click and hold with your mouse on the title bar of the window, then move the window to desired location and release left mouse button.

bullet3 Attribute List

Clicking on Attributes Tab will open a list showing existing Attributes sorted in alphabetical order. You can Add, Edit or Delete attributes using Attribute Tool bar, which consists of three buttons located along the top edge of the Attribute list.

The format of the attributes that can be added is completely open. Any alphanumerical values can be used to define an attribute. Main idea behind attributes is that they can be used as requirements set by a Client. During scheduling process you will be able to make sure that you schedule only those Employees that meet all or some of the requirements set by a Client.

For example, a Client has a requirement that an Employee that comes to service this Client drives a car. In order to track this requirement you would add "Drives Car" attribute to available attributes list. Then you would assign this attribute to both Client and Employee. During scheduling process this would help you to identify those Employees that can satisfy this requirement.

Clicking on Clients Tab will open a list of existing Clients. The list is sorted in alphabetical order. Use this list to quickly access a detailed record information on selected Client. Highlighting a Client in the list will bring to view Client Info Form displaying detailed record information about this Client.

bullet3 Employee List

Clicking on Employees Tab will open a list of existing Employees. The list is sorted in alphabetical order. Use this list to quickly access a detailed record information on selected Employee. Highlighting an Employee in the list will bring to view Employees Info Form displaying detailed record information about this Employee.
