Booking Window
Booking window is used to schedule Employees against a Client. It consists of three parts:
· Client information
· Time Interval control
· Employee information
Client Information - is on the left side and contains information such as:
· Client’s name.
· Service date and time.
· Number of required Employees.
· Client attributes list.
· Hours scheduled for this Client for current week.
· How much Client owes for services for current week.
Time Interval control – is located in the center of the window, and is used to book Employees. Employee
Information – is on the right side of the window. It consists of
three windows:
· Booked Employees List – displays Employees scheduled for this Client. There
are five columns in the list:
· From – displays scheduled start time.
· To – displays scheduled end time.
· Name – displays Employee’s name.
· Attr. Match – displays the match between Employee’s attributes and Client’s
attributes as a percentage value.
· Sched. ID – displays database ID value of this booking.
· Available Employees List – displays Employees that are available to cover all
or part of the time required by the Client. There are four columns in the list:
· From – displays scheduled start time.
· To – displays scheduled end time.
· Name – displays Employee’s name.
· Attr. Match – displays the match between Employee’s attributes and Client’s
attributes as a percentage value.
· Employee Attributes List – displays attributes assigned to Employee.
· Number of scheduled hours for a current week.
· Employee earnings for a current week.
When Booking Window is opened scheduler will automatically scan for employees that are available to
cover a shift that you trying to schedule. Those employees that
are assigned to inactive group are excluded from the search.
Actual Time
Actual workshift - time interval that was actually completed by an employee.
Scheduled Time
Scheduled worshifts - time interval that was originally scheduled for employee to complete.
