TimeCurve Scheduler Feature Map

bullet1 Recurrence

Recurrence is a powerful feature that helps you to automate scheduling process. Recurrence, essentially is a template based upon already setup workshift or schedule. Once recurrence pattern is created, scheduler will automatically re-create workshits and schedules as time goes on, eliminating the need for manual data entry every week.

This feature will work very well if client/employee workshift do not change often. Whenever a change is made to client/employee workshift or schedule, recurrence will have to be created again to reflect the changes. Recurrence feature gives you ability to create 7, 14, or 28 day pattern and have it repeat weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You can also set start and end date for the pattern. Before you setup schedule recurrence you will need to create Clients and Employees recurrences.

Recurrence setup window consists of three sections:

·    Recurrence pattern –select how often recurrence will repeat – weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

·    Recurrence range – select start date and end date of recurrence. You can also select "No End" to have recurrence run forever.

·    Existing recurrence – list that will show currently active recurrence if any.

There are three types of recurrences that you can set up:

·    Client workshift recurrence

·    Employee workshift recurrence

·    Schedule recurrence
