Located in the center of the window Scheduling grid represents a simple matrix, where all active Clients are listed in the first column, and currently selected time interval in View Filter is shown in the first row. The cell intersecting Client row and date column in the grid represents a schedule and will list names of all scheduled Employees for that day and for that Client.  Use Calendar control to change time period displayed in Scheduling Board.

To view details of a schedule for a particular Client on a certain date highlight a cell that intersects a Client row with desired date by clicking on it

·    Errors and warnings window along the bottom edge of the window.

A grid cell can be one of two colors:

·    Light yellow – indicates no errors in schedule, or services not required on that date.

·    Red – indicates that there are errors in the schedule.

bullet3 Toggle display between Booked and Actual Time

You can toggle the type of schedule displayed:

  • Scheduled worshifts - time interval that was originally scheduled
  • Actual workshift - time interval that was actually completed
