Schedule Grid
Located in the center of the window Scheduling grid represents a simple matrix, where all active Clients
are listed in the first column, and currently selected time interval
in View Filter is shown in the first row. The cell intersecting Client row and date column in the grid
represents a schedule and will list names of all scheduled Employees
for that day and for that Client. Use Calendar control to change time period displayed in Scheduling
Board.
To view details of a schedule for a particular Client on a certain date highlight a cell that intersects
a Client row with desired date by clicking on it
· Errors and warnings window along the bottom edge of the window.
A grid cell can be one of two colors:
· Light yellow – indicates no errors in schedule, or services not required on
that date.
· Red – indicates that there are errors in the schedule.
