03/06/08 Version 3.8.11

1. Updated application to utilize latest QuickBooks communication component     version 6, which was required to properly support data exchange with     QuickBooks 2008.
2. Fixed an issue on Schedule View Employee Tab screen where actual hours were     shown as scheduled hours.
3. Changed logic that was checking the presence of qbfc6.dll on the PC. Previosuly     the path to Common Files directory was hardcoded, but now the path is extracted     from the registry. This issue primarily affected Vista OS users.

11/14/07 Version 3.8.10

1. NEW - Added ability to display only available employees on "Add New Schedule"     dialog. Controlled by a checkbox it is now possible to display only available     employees for a date and time specified.
2. Fixed "Replace Employee" feature not displaying a shift selection dialog when     more than one employee is booked to the same client shift.
3. Resolved issue with DST (Daylight Savings Time) feature not applying changes to     scheduled times.
4. Small improvements to "backup" feature logic that will help to avoid database     container (.dbc) file lockups.

10/11/07 Version 3.8.07

1. Fixed invalid lookup of available employees in Replace Employee feature when     system date is set to European format.
2. Changed logic that verifies that qbfc4.dll exists on the system in the "Common     Files" directory before starting QuickBooks import or export process. The location     where qbfc4.dll is checked to be present is no longer hardcoded and instead     the actual location of "Common Files" directory is retrieved from the Intuit     registry.

08/02/07 Version 3.8.02

1. Fixed an issue introduced in previous release when go to previous/next week     buttons on Schedule Board, Client Info and Employee Info screens did not work.

07/27/07 Version 3.8.01

1. Fixed incompaibility issue with synchronizing with QB 2007 when running under     Vista.
2. Fixed issue with backup feature including into created zip file other zip files that     may have been previously created in the same directory.
3. Added Google Map engine as another option for addresses mapping.
4. Created new preference to select Google Maps as primary engine for mapping.
5. Improved logic of access to data when date is changed using Calendar control     throughout the application. Data is now fethed only after final date has been     selected and Calendar control closes, resulting in a more fluid scrolling through     time line.

05/16/07 Version 3.7.02

1. NEW - Added Yahoo! mapping engine to be used to map client and employee     addresses. Yahoo! mapping engine is set to be used as a default mapping     provider.
2. NEW - Added new map engine preference into application preferences screen.     New preference allows to select the default map engine to be used during address     look ups. Currently Yahoo! and Map Quest are supported.
3. NEW - Added ability to select multiple client shift templates to be used at the     same time. To select multiple shifts press and hold Ctrl key on your keyboard     while left-clicking on items in the list.
4. Fixed issue with setting up client shift template for Sunday.
5. Fixed issue with ability to manually enter more clients/employees than limited     version allows, which resulted in application not allowing data accesses when     started next time.
6. Fixed issue with application closing in case when it fails to connect to database     that was opened last time and allowing user to select a different database to     connect to from File->Open Database menu.

04/16/07 Version 3.7.01

1. NEW - Added totals to footer of some of the Advanced Reports.
2. NEW - Added new preference setting under "Schedules" tab that enables mileage     item to recurr for recurring schedules.
3. New - Added support for Daylight Savings Time (DST). Schedules that start     before 2 am on the day when DST starts and ends will be automatically adjusted     by adding or subtracting an hour from it.
4. NEW - Added client shift templates feature accessable from Client Info screen.     This feature allows to add multiple shift templates for the client and be able to use     those templates to automatically generate client shifts.
5. Fixed crash that was occurring when right-clicking on the client shift list in Booking     Window.
6. Improved positioning of right-click popup menus on Booking Window.
7. Improved Email Reports feature. Now it displays a dialog where it is possible to     add additional (optional) recipients to whom reports will also be emailed. It is also     now possible to send reports to optional recipients only without sending it to client     and/or employees for whom report was generated. The email will now be copied     to "Sent" folder in Outlook after it is sent out instead of being deleted.
8. Fixed "Replace Employee" feature which always replaced first booked employee     for schedules where more than one employee was assigned.
9. Fixed advanced reports not refreshing (not erasing data from previous report)     when a report with no records was created after a report that had records.
10. Overlapping client shifts are now allowed.
11. Improved backup feature by placing a timer on locked files to eliviate lock up     issues during the process. Files that do not get unlocked in 2 minutes will now be     skipped.
12. Added logic that will prompt user to backup database on every third start up of     the application.

01/19/07 Version 3.6.01

1. NEW! - Added "Billable" schedule feature. Accessable from Booking Screen and     Add New Schedule screen it allows to set schedule as being billable or not.     Charges for non billable schedules are not counted on reports and also are not     added to QuickBooks invoices.
2. Updated all applicable reports to properly calculate client charges taking into     account non billable schedules.
3. Updated running charges and earnings totals on Schedule Board, Booking Screen     and Schedule Views screen taking into account non billable schedules.
4. Fixed running charges and earnings totals on Schedule Board, Booking Screen     and Schedule Views screen which did not properly calculated flat charges, flat     earnigns.
5. Other minor fixes and updates.

1. Enhanced export of mileage and other charge items to QuickBooks invoices. Now     the actual description for mileage and other charge item is sent to QuickBooks     invoice instead of "Mileage" and "Additional Charge".

1. NEW! - Introducing new advanced report control. Look for the new button on the     Report Wizard screen called: Advanced Preview. The new advanced report     control will allow you to:
    - Sort report by any column
    - Group report records by any column
    - Select which columns are shown on the report
    - Re-arrange report columns
    - Filter report by entering alpha numeric characters into the filter text field
    - Edit any field in the report by double-clicking on any report record
2. NEW! - Added note field to "Add New Schedule" screen.
3. NEW! - Added default charge rate field to Client Info screen and default payrate     to Employee Info screen. These default rates take precedence over default rates     set in Preferences during schedule creation process.
4. NEW! - Added logic that automatically inserts default client charge rates and     employee pay rates in the "Add New Schedule" screen and also in the "Booking     Screen". Application will first check for the default rates set for the specific client     and employee and use those. If default rates are not set, the application will then     check for the global default rates set in preferences and will apply those if set.
5. NEW! - Added functionality and new screen to create new and edit existing charge     and pay rates. These screens are accessed by selecting "-Add/Edit-" value from     the top of the charge rate and payrate lists on Client Info screen and Employee     Info screen.
6. NEW! - Added new report under Schedules Reports called "Overtime Hours By     Employee". This report will list overtime hours sorted by employee within selected     date range. The overtime hours are calculated based on the total hours found     versus the "Max Hours\Week" setting in the Employee Info screen.
7. NEW! - Added Payroll Items into the Database Management screen which will     allow to quickly delete some or all of the existing Payroll Items in the database.
8. Fixed inability to set "To" time in the "Add New Schedule" screen to 11:59pm.
9. Fixed invalid calculation of charges and earnings in reports for flat charge and pay     rates.

04/20/06 Version 3.1.04

1. NEW! - Added copy forward feature. Accessable from right-click menu on     Schedule Board it allows to quickly copy schedule several days or weeks forward. 2. NEW! - Added Replace Employee feature. Accessable from right-click menu on     Schedule Board it allows for a quick replacement of employee in the existing     schedule.
3. NEW! - Added feature that allows to create simple schedules right from the     Schedule Board. Once again accessable from right-click menu on Schedule     Board. New schedules can now be created in under 5 seconds.
4. Improved database backup feature. Now a new folder can be created during     backup. A single zip file option has been added as well.

1. Integrated remote Telephony Punch Clock feature. Track arrival and departure of     your employees in near real time and consolidate employee's timesheets at the     same time. Requires telephony account activation through The Phone Works     (www.personnelreporting.com).
2. Added three new reports for the new telephony punch clock feature:
    - report sorted by date that will display all validated (punched in and out)     schedules.
    - total actual validated (punched in and out) hours sorted by client or by     employee.
3. New tab has been added to Client and Employee Info screens called: Existing     Schedules. This tab will display existing schedules for selected week for the     currently displayed client or employee.
4. TimeCurve Scheduler now offers ability to select invoice template during     QuickBooks Export process. The list of QuickBooks templates is now downloaded     by TimeCurve Scheduler during QuickBooks import process.

6. Added ability to filter Client list by the Client Type during QuickBooks Export     process. The list of QuickBooks Client types is now downloaded by TimeCurve     Scheduler during QuickBooks import process.
7. Added a feature that displays number of selected Clients and Employees in the     list during QuickBooks Export process. Now you'll always know how many     clients and employees have been marked in the lists during the QuickBooks     export process.
8. Added an option to export 4 new reports as web pages: Schedule Records For     Specific Client/Employee and Calendar Report For Specific Client/Employee

Enhancements and Fixes:

9. Improved performance of Booking Window during scredule creation process.
10.Fixed issue with General Info reports not respecting preference setting for     exclusion of inactive clients/employees.
11.Fixed issue with the invalid total hours number displayed for the first empl. on     the report (Total Hours By Employee report).
12.Fixed occasional crashes related to reminders logic checking for reminders due,     while connection to database was not properly established.
13.Added an option to re-run database update process, in case the automatic     database update fails to update the database. This new option is available under     Database Mngmt. menu.
14.The charges and earnings fields in "Schedule for specific employee" report are     too narrow and have been widened to fit the column labels.
15.Fixed Backup feature not backing up the .FPT and .TBK files. These extentions     are now generated by FoxPro when memo fields are added to the tables.
16.Fixed issue with the default QB Service and Payroll items not automatically set     for the created schedule, when assigning an employee to the client in Booking     Window by manually setting a time slider instead of double-clicking on the     employee in available list.
17.Fixed grand totals being incorrect on some of the reports when several reports     are created in a row.
