01/04/05 Version 2.4.01

Enhancements and Fixes:

1. Fixed "To" Calendar label not shown when print preview closed down for schedule     reports.
2. Moving/Copying schedules have been completely overhauled. Now enhanced     version will attempt intelligent merging with existing schedules.
3. Schedule recurrence feature has been completely re-written. Enhanced version     will attempt intelligent merging with existing schedules. Several known issues with     recurrence feature have been resolved as a result of this enhancement.
4. Inactive clients and employees will no longer be displayed in Schedule Views grid.
5. Fixed missing minute issue resulting from time ranges going up to 11:59pm. The     missing minute caused all hours calculations 1 minute short.
6. Multiple instances of the application will no longer be allowed to be launched on     the same computer.
7. Fixed crash during import process if one of the items in QuickBooks has "price"     set as a percentage.
8. Fixed issue related to application failing to open default database and opening in     non-interactive mode. Manually connecting to another database did not reload     QuickLists unless application was restarted.
9. Removed "Potential Overlap" in schedules feature which was setting cell color to     orange if potential overlap in schedules was detected during copying. The     feature was confusing to many users.
10.Fixed issue related to report preview window being open when report is created     from right-click menu on the schedule board. User had to manually switch to     report preview window. Report Preview window is now automatically closed if it     was opened before displaying new report.

New Features:

1. Added new Employee Availability report under Employee/Workshifts type. This     report will display available employees for the specified date and time.
2. Added new preference option for turning on/off import of QuickBooks items     during synchronization with QuickBooks.
3. Added new preference option for turning on/off import of QuickBooks payroll     items during synchronization with QuickBooks.
4.Added capability to check latest application version on timecurve server. Added     new submenu to Help menu that will display currently installed application version     and the latest available.

10/14/04 Version 2.3.01

1. Added support for import of QuickBooks Items assigned to "Other charge"     category.
2. Added QuickBooks mileage item to Booking Window. The mileage item can now     be attached to schedules and exported to QuickBooks invoice as a separate line     item.
3. Added additional user defined QuickBooks item. This custom user-defined item     can now be attached to schedules and exported to QuickBooks invoice as a     separate line item.
4. Fixed issue with reports not respecting sorting preference.
5. Added new report preferences that allows to turn on/off display of client charges     and employee earnings columns in reports.
6. Added "Options" button to ReportWizard window that opens Reports preferences     dialog.
7. Fixed crash related to assigning an attribute to client or caregiver, without     selecting one from the list of available.

1. Fixed recurrence and copy features creating dupilicate schedule entries for non     US Regional Settings.
2. Fixed "All Clients" calendar reports which were missing client name in the header     of report if the client set to be identified by the "Client" field.
3. Fixed schedule copy feature which was creating overlapping employee workshifts     if employee had existing workshifts.
4. Added private note field to Booking Window. Just like public notes, private notes     are attched to schedules but are not displayed on any of the reports.

07/25/04 Version 2.2.02

1. Fixed missing client name on calendar reports when Client is identified by the     "Client" field.
2. Fixed crash related to importing charge and payroll items from QuickBooks that     contained an apostrophe in it. Now such items will be ignored by the Scheduler.
3. Schedule Notes will now also be displayed on all Calendar reports if "Notes     Display" feature is turned on in preferences.

06/05/04 Version 2.2.01

1. Availability check - new feature that offers a quick and easy way to check who is     available on certain day and time. Simply select date, starting time and ending     time and cheduler will display a list of all employees that can cover selected shift.     To get started click on Tools-->Check Availability menu.

New Features:

1. Telephony Punch In/Out Clock - will allow your employees to punch in and out     from their work place via telephone. The Scheduler will monitor incoming phone     calls and will allow you to track your employees in real time. At the end of the     day you will be able to update your "actual time" schedules with recorded punch     in/out information.
2. Integration with QuickBooks is tighter than ever before. TimeCurve Scheduler will     now import Payroll Items from QuickBooks. You will be able to assign a payroll     item to created schedules. This feature provides additional level of customization     and control over your payroll creation process.
3. Comprehensive suite of preferences will provide an additional level of     customization for user interface and software functionality. Select which     windows are open on start up, backup database automatically, set what goes into     QuickBooks invoices, select default QuickBooks Service Item and Payroll Item     and more.
4. Reminders - create unlimited number of notes and/or reminders for clients and     employees. Set alarm to be automatically reminded about the created note or     reminder.
5. Schedule Notes - attach notes to schedules. Schedule notes can be optionally     displayed in schedule related reports.
6. Database Management - an integrated utility that will provide you with convenient     way of managing scheduling database. This tool will also allow you to view     database statistics.
7. TimeCurve Scheduler now supports drag-and-drop functionality. You can now     move schedules and workshifts around the grid using you mouse! This feature     greatly enhances 'visual scheduling' capability of TimeCurve Scheduler.
8. Delete, copy and paste schedules right from the scheduling board. Managing     schedules has never been easier! No need to switch screens any longer, manage     all schedules from one place.
9. Right-click popup menu for Schedule Board has been greatly enhanced. You can     now create reports and reminders for clients and employees right from the     Schedule Board and Schedule Views windows.
10. Several new reports have been added. You can now print out individual     employee and client schedules in standard or calendar format and create report     of unfilled client shifts for specific period of time.
11. Export reports as web pages (HTML format) or comma delimited text files that     can be easily imported to MS Excel.

Enhancements and Fixes:

1. Enhanced scrolling of grids to display highlighted rows. The grids will scroll to     show highlighted row first and if nothing is highlighted it will scroll to selected     row.
2. Added capability to open/close schedule detail portion of Schedule Board.
3. Existing QB Service Items in scheduler will now be automatically updated during     import process.
4. Scheduler will now import QB Service Items description field.
5. Schedule will now import Client Type information.
6. Added capability to create Client and Employee schedule reports printed     individually on separate pages.
7. Added capability to select description text that will go on each Invoice line during     QuickBooks export.
8. Clicking on Schedule Grid cell will now highlight that client in Client Quick List and     Client Info window will display client's information.Similarly clicking on schedule     cell in Schedule View window for Employee Tab will highlight that employee in     Employee Quick List and will display employee info in Employee Info window.
9. Added support for QB payroll items. They are now imported from QB during     import.

10/07/03 Version 1.1.03

1. Added capability to connect to different databases through UI.
2. Fixed invalid actual time/charges/earnings calculation.
3. Fixed a bug related to inability to setup multiple time intervals in Client Info     screen, whenever the intervals were adjacent to each other.
4. Added code that will update database to version 1.00.01
5. During import from QB scheduler will now retrive client full name ID which will be     used during export of invoices. This allows QB field "Customer Name" to be     different from First/Last name fields.
6. Fixed crash related to parsing QuickBooks service items during import process.     Application was crashing when it tried to read empty price field of QuickBooks     service item.


9/15/03 Version 1.1.01

1. Fixed issue with copying schedules on top of existing schedules created by     recurrence caused creation of duplicate workshift for employee involved in the     schedule.
2. Clicking on a client in the QuickList will now scroll schedule grid to make that     client's row visible. Client name will be highlighted in blue.
3. Selecting cells in grids will now highlight leftmost cell of the row (name row) and     topmost cell of the column (date column).
4. Next/Prev arrow buttons have been added to all calendars througout the     application. Clicking on those buttons will move time frame by one week forward     or backward.
5. Fixed issue with deleting time intervals (via keyboard delete) from Time Interval     control in Client/Employee forms didn't properly update Schedule Board.
6. Fixed issue with deleting scheduled time interval in Booking Window didn't     automatically delete Actual time interval. Moving actual time interval after     deletion of scheduled interval was causing a crash.
7. Copy All Schedules button added to Schedule Board. This feature will allow to     copy all found schedules from any week to current week.
8. Delete Workshift feature was added to Right-Click menus on Scheduling Board. It     allows to quickly delete client/employee workshift right from the schedule board.
9. Added right-click menu to scheduling board grid. This will allow quick access to     schedule related features such as: book, unbook, delete workshift, info etc.
10.QuickBooks import/export results log has been improved. It will now display     more meanigfull information
11.Fixed issue with failure to connect to QuickBooks 2002 because of failure to find     CommonFiles registry entry.
12.Added Reset button on import/export wizard screens. Clicking on this button will     reset connection with current QuickBooks company file. This addresses the issue     with inability to connect to multiple QuickBooks company files.
